Melnychenko v. 84 Lumber, 424 Mass. 285 (1997). This was a case of first impression involving same-sex sexual harassment that was won at trial and affirmed on appeal by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Rachel graduated from Western New England University School of Law in May 2022. While attending Western New England, Rachel participated in the Real Estate Clinic, which sparked her interest in real estate law. She excelled in this area and went on to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Clinic the following year.
