        Overall

        Most of the time you are good. But this time it seems like one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Last week you said you ordered the part i needed and today said I was next on the list for repair and found out the part wasn’t in. I waited all day for you to fix my water softener and am still waiting for when it will get fixed. “Not happy”.
