El Puente Mexican Restaurant

We couldn't be more pleased! My wife and I were here for the first time (while on our honeymoon). The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. I had the fajitas taco salad (with steak) & my wife ordered the Steak Mexicana (with 3 fajita wraps,T-bone steak, rice, refried beans, sauteed peppers and onions, guacamole, and sour cream). Both meals were excellent! The steak from each meal was done perfectly - tender and juicy. The prices were very reasonable. I endorse few restaurants, but whole heartedly recommend Puente Mexican Restaurant at 1111 E.Republic Road in Springfield,MO.

My husband and i frequent el puente we love the fajitas they give you so much one order is enough for two people we love the service it is always prompt and we never have to wait for our food it seems as if none of the servers have their own section and there is always someone coming by to make sure that we are not in need of anything the prices are great and the salsa is really good
