Hosmer, Andy

Andy Hosmer was our GAL as well and also sided with the father who was a proven abuser with years of documented domestic violence. He made false claims to DFS and was unable to produce the evidence he claimed he had while ignoring witnesses and evidence we had. We have spent thousands of dollars and the city has paid him thousands of dollars to be the GAL on both the family law case and Juvenile case. We won the appeal against DFS in 2012. The children remain with the abuser and alienater while we are left in a constant family court battle for the safety and well being of the children involved.

He was the guardian Ad Litem in my custody battle. I understand that his work is hard and very intense. However, he sided with the father. Which the father works at Walmart part time, has admited that he goes negative 400 every month, has never been able to tell me where my daughter gets her bruises, cuts, and what appears to be burn marks (Which in court I heard him tell his lawyer that his mother's ring must've caught her back badly). The father has T-boned another car which caused an infant to fly out the back (Google that, it was a green nissan that hit a Bronco) and admited that he was speeding. Has allowed our daughter to rub her face and bite at his crotch (which I understand kids do weird things) but he never once told her that it was not okay. Which I showed the video to Andy Hosmer because I do record all of mine and my ex-husband's conversations. Andy Hosmer just got onto me for not trusting my ex husband AND admited that what my daughter did was NOT wrong however he said that he would not let his daughter's do that. The father has already admited that he rather work part time instead of full time so he could be with our daughter and because he wouldn't make much more anyways since his wages are being garnished already AND has admited that he will keep our daughter on medicaid until he can't anymore because it's just cheaper. Receives over 300 a month in foodstamps. In the course of 6 months he took her to the doctor 6 times and to the ER once because she had gotten ahold of shampoo (Who was watching her? She's 3).



Where as, I have a state job, I don't need any assisstance.... Andy Hosmer's only reasoning that he gave me for not giving me primary custody was because she was already 'stable' in the father's home.
