        William Parks took plenty of time to help me and my wife find the right mattress and box support for our special needs. I have sever spinal cord problems and William understood our needs and helped us find the right mattress. He was patient as we spent about two hours with him as we tried laying on a good number of mattress's. What a patient guy..

        A week of sleeping on it we found the Mattress had a defect. We called William and told him of the problem and he sincerely apologized and a replacement was waiting for us the next day.

        How to find out what a company or person is made of is when a problem happens and how its handled. William was deeply concerned about our problem and our comfort sleeping. This is what great customer service is, and ought to be.
