They take excellent care of my golden doodle. Definitely the best grooming place in town. They are always very busy but I always get my appointment because i book in advance.

We have been patrons of Pampered Paws Pet Resort for the past eight years and have been more than happy with the care and attention our dogs have recieved each and every time!

The staff went over and above helping us with our elderly ailing lab last winter, a situation I couldn't have emotionally handled alone.

You can be rest assured the care given to your pet is always done with love of animals.

I dropped my two pampered pets off before 9:00 am for their scheduled appointment on Wed. 2/25, 2015. I received a call at around 2:45 pm, not that they were ready as i expected, but did I want a feather in my dog's hair (additional $8). I then called around 3:10 pm to see if they were ready. "No, we have a lot of dogs to do today. They will not be ready until after closing". So after 5 pm. I then got a call around 5:15 pm that they would be ready at 5:30 pm. When I got there at 5:30 pm I had to wait for what seemed like an eternity for the girl at the front counter to re-thread the receipt machine. I asked her if she could bring my dogs out, as I was anxious to get them back. When she brought them out, they looked horrible. They are Shih tzus and their cut was very choppy. Not at all what I expected given the 9 HOURS that they had been there. The Owner was there and she agreed, They looked bad, very choppy. She insisted on taking them back to fix them. So, my poor dogs had to go back again to get re-trimmed as we all waited. At this point, I am very unhappy. I feel like my bill should be compensated for the distress and poor service. The owner brings them back out and says that she will give us one free groom NEXT time because we are long time customers (5 years with them). I asked, why not compensate me for a free groom now? She said, no. Give us us another chance, we know you are long time customers....blah, blah, blah! I feel like if you had valued us a customers, you would not have made my dogs wait all day for a crappy groom, then not take care of the poor service right then and there. They are not 417's Best as voted on in 2015, far from it. We will be going elsewhere from now on... Shame on you Pampered Paws!

No one informed me they were NOT open during regular hours Dec. 26 when I booked boarding. Had to cancel vacation out of state due to their failure to disclose change of hours.

I love the girls at Pampered Paws. They actually love their jobs and the pets that come in. My two dogs can't wait to get in the door and into playcare. When I've had to board them, they are always bright eyed and bushy tailed when I pick them up and they never smell like they've stayed in a kennel. The place is clean and smells wonderful when you walk in and the girls greet your pet by name. Grooming is fantastic, my girls always look, feel and smell amazing. Their ears are always clean amd their nails are always short and rounded. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pampered Paws takes perfect care of my two little Pomeranian's. I searched all over Springfield for adequate grooming services, and I always found my baby to come home with a botch job, new scab, or poorly done groom. One even sent home fleas! Pampered Paws is the cleanest, nicest facility in the city, and I have yet to find staff that love my babies as much as me, but they come very close! I would recommend Pampered Paws to anyone for their reasonable prices, great grooming and care, clean facilities, and fantastic staff!

Forget the loony reviews, I have left my dog here many many times for vacation and business trips and he loves it there. They are so good to him and most importantly he is happy and healthy when I pick him up! I have also seen their grooming equipment and it is NOT dirty! He has been to other boarding facilities in the area, and let me tell you this is 5 star plus in comparison! Love this place, also the girl at the front is very cooperative when it comes to pickup times, Ive never in all the times Ive left my boy there had any problem with them! Oscar loves you guys!

They are wonderful! There is on-site personal 24/7, friendly and there is no kennel smell! We just love it and can relax because we know our loved one is well cared for and loved.
