        We recently hired Ryan Lawn & Tree to trim a tree that is right next to our house that was starting to be an issue as well as a large tree in our backyard that had several dead limbs needing removal, some probably dating back to the ice storm in 2007. They came out and met my wife to do the work but did not complete the work to my satisfaction so we had them come back. I took pictures and noted on the photos what needed to be completed. My wife met them again to do the work. When I arrived home, the work was still not completed to my satisfaction. They came out a third time and this time I met them and they didn’t leave until the work was completed. It is not often that a company will make three trips to satisfy their customers, it is much appreciated.
