We recently had New York Carpers & Floors install hardwood flooring in our home. We had pre-existing hardwood in a small area (hall and foyer). They were able to perfectly match the existing wood and continued the new flooring into our entire downstairs. They did an excellent job - the floors are beautiful and couldn't be more satisfied. I have had to deal with quite a few flooring companies that advertise best price and service but none come even close to New york carpet and rug. The owner was very genuine and honest. He answered all of my questions and even gave me great tips on what to choose. Their installers were very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were not inconvenienced by their work. The owner even came by at the end of the day to make sure the work was being done correctly. We will absolutely use them over and over again and most certainly recommend them to all our friends and family.
