        Absolutely the worst place I'v...

        Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to! I was so frustrated and mad... believe me, it's not worth it to go here no matter how convenient it may seem. I'm a very easy customer to please... I hate confrontation, and I understand sometimes people have bad days. That being said, I had some $50 in extra fees I didn't understand so I went to the guy at the desk (Fabio) to inquire about them. At first he ignored us, then he became rude and progressed to actually insulting us. I was stunned. When I asked to speak to his manager, he said he was the manager. From that point on he just tried to get rid of us. If for some reason you do decide to risk going here, know that you will be charged hidden fees, and that they will not hesitate to insult you to your face, knowing that once they have your money, there's nothing you can do about it.
