        Overall

        Shanahan's service call technician took less than 30 minutes to find the error and fix it.

        Technicians from other companies (Dillingham, CB Lucas, A-Aanandale) charged us for the service calls and gave us estimates ranging from $700 to $3,500 to replace some or all main parts. None of that was needed.
