Miss Pass-A-Grille Deep Sea

My husband and I went on a half day fishing excursion. It was great. I had never gone fishing before and they made sure everyone caught a fish. They even cleaned them for you if you wanted to keep them. Will definitely go again when we vacation here.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you hire the MIss Pass-A-Grille! I made a reservation around Easter for my grandson and me for an all-day fishing trip. When we arrived in Florida (from Dallas), I went to the marina to ensure they had our reservations and was told they did, but to call back the next afternoon as the captain was concerned about the weather (logical). I called back the next afternoon to confirm the trip and was told the captain had not yet made the decision and they would call me later on. Now this is the night before we are supposed to leave at 8:00AM the next morning. I waited a couple of hours and called back and was told by some woman that they don't know if they are going because they are 2 people short. 2 PEOPLE SHORT?? What the heck is this? No one told me when I made the reservation or even when I physically went to the marina that they needed X number of people. Anyway, they called back at 8:00 PM (12 hours from when we were to leave) and told me we were NOT going. This is no way to run a business and certainly, when I told them that a full day deep sea fishing was my birthday present to my grandson they never hinted that we would only go if there were so many signed up. This is a horrible business and one that should go bankrupt for poor business practices. I told the concierge at our resort this story and they have pulled their brochures and will not recommend them to any guests. By the way, we ended going out on a 5 hour trip and my grandson had a ball and caught a ton of Gray Snapper and a Red Grouper!
