These guys are pros! I called ahead just to make sure the online reservation I'd made would be on time and Sean at this location was knowledgable, straight forward and efficient. On arrival... Lucas took great care of the truck delivery and was more than accommodating to work with MY schedule instead of the other way around like most big companies would. Again very efficient and kind in the delivery process as well as the drop off. Not only will I rerun but will definantly refer others!

I have to say I'm very disappointed in how the representative by the name Lashonda handled a situation. As a dealer my self and a manger at a storage facility. I was not pleased at all on her attitude. She was very rude, disrespectful, and most of all not professional at all. The situation was not handled in the correct matter. I can't imaged how she deals with customers. She hung up in my face several times and stated she "didn't have time for me and I was wasting her time." I hope a manger sees this. And handles this.
