We run an advertising/publishing company and Natco is the only company we use for our computer needs. We started using Natco about 15 years ago when we only had 2 computers and now we count on Natco to maintain our 21 computers, laptops, a server and a storage computer which are all networked. We only order new computers through Natco which builds them specifically for our needs. If we have any computer related problems, we can always count on them to spend the time needed to solve our problem, 24/7. The remote service is wonderful, we can make a call, Natco can immediately get into the computer and determine the problem and they will even do computer maintenace and service on our computers at night after we leave, so that our business day is not interrupted. One less thing I have to worry about in my busy day.



On a personal note, I have children at home and computers. Need I say more? They depend on the computers for school work and fun. The line "Mom I don't know what happened" and "it's not working" are problems we also turn over to Natco. They work for us, I count on them.

NATCO provides us with outstanding service for our home office network of four desktops and two lap tops, printers, faxes and scanners. We have enjoyed the on site and remote service when needed. We are hesitant to make this strong recommendation to others for fear of them tapping into the high quality of service and us moving down the food chain! Certainly NATCO is a go to company.

I can't praise this company enough. Saved the day for us and now has been our only service company for our entire network. We have over 300 workstationsa and 12 servers. Natco keeps us up and running 24x7. It's like magic.
