Big rip off. I brought my Dyson Vacuum in because it had no suction. He charged me $89 without even knowing what was wrong. When I picked it up, he said it was clogged and it was running fine. When I got it home the beaters would not turn, therefore it would not pick up. I brought it back,he said it was working fine and was very NASTY. He would not give me a refund. DO NOT LEAVE A VACUUM there, because when you get it back, it will be in worse shape than when you left it.
