Banfield Pet Hospital

Warning! Dr. Robb has been "fired" by Banfield. Dr. Robb had one of the most successful Banfield franchises in the country, and the company revoked Dr. Robb's franchise and got a restraining order to keep him off the premises. As you all know, a veterinary practice is only as good as it's veterinarian. I recommend staying away from not only this Banfield, but all of them because of their business practices. Wait for Dr. Robb to open a new practice and take your business there.

I agree very much with CarenLynn's review about the excellent care that is given by the medical staff at Banfield. I have first hand knowledge of this and would have given a 5 star rating if I agreed with her views on money not being the top factor. I have received just the opposite treatment from this Banfield Pet Hospital.

They make no payment allowances for people who are disabled or may be going through a financial crisis. I was told that payments are not accepted and without cash in hand my pet would not even be looked at so I could get an estimate of what the cost of care would be to remove his discomfort. I would say, "yes money is more important than anything else".

Dr. Robb & Dr. Tucker are awesome. They care more about the health of your pet than money. They don't push unnecessary tests or exams on your pet, and will always tell you up front what everything is going to cost. I would HIGHLY recommend this Banfield! :)
