I had my front bumper replaced at Lone Star. The service is great and the process is very convenient.

They claimed to welded air tank on my truck and charged me over $2000 for it. Refused to take any kind of payment except cash and held my truck hostage till I paid them the bill. Now I find out they didn't even touch the tank, just replaced air hose. Im filing law suit, they will regret it.

They are horrible! They broke my car and never fixed it. Crooks and criminals!

Great Service and people! We have taken many cars to LSRS. They have always been helpful and professional. A few times they have helped us to save additional costs by taking the car to a dealer or helping us find a warranty. The people are always very nice and helpful.

I called these guys for a tow after calling another company and being told it was going to be over an hour for them to get to me and my car. That was just not going to work so I called Lone Star because they were close to where I was stranded. The tow truck driver was so nice and comforting. He put me in the truck and then took care of my car in the rain. He really could not have been a nice guy and it took them half the time to get me to safety than the other guys said it would take for a truck to even arrive

Prompt pick-up, clean tow truck, and fair clocking on mileage, even though we slightly went over out AAA plan-provided mileage. In addition, the driver was exceptionally considerate. Thanks.
