        Omar at Rushmore Appraisals is fantastic. He took the time to explain what added value and what did not (from an appraisal perspective). He was professional, courteous and the follow up was perfect. Get the independent appraisal before listing your home.. it really helped me understand the value from a bank's perspective and Omar was great.
