I can't stand Maine Tax Professionals they have horrible customer service and treat you like your just a number

I love Maine Tax Professionals! My husband and I have had our returns filed by them for the last 4 or so years and they have been completed in a timely fashion. Suzanne spends time with us each year going over things asking about all the little things you might forget if filing your own return. Our interaction with the rest of the staff has been very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They should change their name to Maine Tax Unprofessionals

I was berated by the secratary just for asking if my returns were ready two weeks after I sat with the tax preparer
