There is no zero for a rating, so only a one. I had requested them to come out to give a quote on a pane of glass that needed replacement. the tech they sent tried to pull the wool over our eyes and stated that the entire window assy. Needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1000.00 to bad for them that i wasnt born yesterday, we called another company that replaced the pane for 130.00.
Best buy? I think not.

We're happy with the product, the relaxed shopping experience, & the friendly 1 hour installation.

It's a small family business, just Bob, the owner, his brother, Gloria, their mother, & Kevin, Bob's boyhood friend. When I came window shopping for a shower door, Gloria was very patient with me. I noticed that it was their closing time, so I went outside to finish writing my notes. But Gloria wouldn't close until I was finished writing and she was sure that I didn't have any questions.

A week later I brought my wife to their shop. Bob & Gloria waited on us. My wife already understood what was available. All she had to do was look at the samples. To my surprise she chose the least expensive one. At no time had Gloria or Bub suggested that one door was better than another. They gave us facts & prices without trying to influence our decision.

Kevin was our installer. He arrived on time. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. He also installed a hand rail that we bought elsewhere.

If I had known that it would be this easy & cheap, I might have bought the door 20 years ago.
