Rustic By Design

Hired them to put in a gas fireplace with TV port...they never connected the wires to the TV port nor told me I had to do that myself...they showed up at ridiculous hours to finish work with out notifying me...then lied and said they left me a note..no note here.. When I scheduled a yearly maintenance , they "forgot" to put me on the schedule and then lied and told me the service man was stuck in traffic after I waited 3 hours for him to show up., he told me the truth...got a $50.00 gift card , but when I asked if I could use it on the replacement fan that I need for my fireplace, they said no, we want u to buy more things from our store. The batteries they use cheap and have to be immediately replaced. When I told them the problems I encountered, they did not own up to it or even say I'm sorry...I think this company does not care about their customers, only the thing they care about is themselves
