The Community Help Centre is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization that provides services, resources, education, training and information to people who need support. It operates a help center and 24-hour hotline. The organization delivers human services throughout Centre County in Pennsylvania. The Community Help Centre offer free services to senior citizens, persons with disabilities and people with low income households. Its volunteers also help in filing federal, state and local tax returns. The organization provides training programs on how to provide support, information and intervention to people dealing with emotional crises, alcohol- and drug-related issues, as well as basic physical and security needs.
