        Overall

        I got a prescription from my doctor for a breast pump covered through insurance. They told me to pick it up at Dick's homecare. Every person here has treated me extremely poorly. They told me i had to wait till i was 2 weeks from my due date and acted as if i was absolutely crazy for not calling first. So i called back 2 weeks from my due date and they said they would have it ready after she was once again rude on the phone. Go in to pick it up and once again get attacked and treated like garbage and they say they don't have me on file. After i told the lady how rude everyone has been to me there she immediately changed and started being nicer and found my paperwork. We are a hard working family and we are choosing to breast feed out child. Insurance covers that for us. No need to be treated poorly. We will never be coming back.
