Nittany Professional Cleaning

I've worked for this company for about 4 or 5 years... They always expected you to bend over backwards for them. You were over worked. You are Under paid. They suck when it comes to getting supplies to you for you to do your job. There were times that I would have to ask for supplies four or five times to even get them. They do not seem to appreciate anything you do for them. Their supervisors are cocky and think they are wonderful. Recently there was a work related issue where a guy left his hands on my sister and my sister and I were fired when we didn't do anything to deserve it. They're terrible at doing floors. They think that spraying carpet and leaving it air dry cleans it. I would not suggest working for this joke of a company...

I read Mary Rainey's review of this company and as the current Supervisor, I can say that it is false. Yes, sometimes our employees do have to wait for supplies, but number one, we put in our employee welcome packets to please don't wait until you are out of something to call for supplies because sometimes it will take us a two or three days to get to you. As for not getting your paycheck I can offer a few answers there as well. If keys to the building were in your possession, did you turn them in, If not, you will never get that paycheck. It's in the employee handbook, any and all supplies, keys, uniforms, etc must be turned in by the employee or your last paycheck will be used to cover the cost of rekeying the building. Your review is affecting my livelyhood. I work hard and the employees work hard for this company I am sorry you are disgruntled, but there is probably a logical explanation, you just don't want to hear.

I started working for Nittany Professional Cleaning in May 2008, I t is now June 21st, and I still haven't been paid.



I called into the office when I needed supplies, and had to wait days at a time to recieve the supplies to do my

job properly. I waited 3 days for propane to run the buffer machine. I had to wait 3 days for pads for the buffer.

I had to wait 3 weeks for oil for the buffer.



If it takes this long to get supplies, Imagine how long I will have to wait for a paycheck.

I would not hire this company to clean my dog house. The employees should all find new companies to work for,

as they will probably never get paid.

I have spoken to the owner of this company many times, and he just pats me on the back and praises me for

all the good work I do....blah blah blah.....Don't lie to me,,,,provide the supplies I need to do my job and pay me

for doing my job.
