I'll keep this short.. go somewhere else.. just go somewhere else.. if you do decide to go, you will receive a call telling you they are a day out from having your vehicle ready. At that point, Your no less than a week from getting your vehicle back if you are lucky - & when you call to check the progress, they will always have a story of something else that went wrong & explaining why it's more of a delay..

He ripped me off of over $3400!! He was to put in a Jasper reman.motor, but what I got was a salvaged motor from the junkyard. I won my case in small claims court but Donald knows the ropes by now. Refer to public records and youll see a slew of litigations brought against him due to faulty work and misrepresentation of the goods he delivers. He s a crook. Small claims will not do much justice either because being sued as many times as he has he's become a pro at it. An execution of property will not get your money back either because he puts all property, tools, and vehicles in names other than his own. He is not incorporated and works under somebody elses business license. DO NOT USE DONALDS AUTOMOTIVE!!!! Refer to Public records and BBB-you ll see! Spreading my knowledge to warn people of this business and will continue to do so ..

the servce that you get at donald's auto is the best srvice you can get in town! my family have been coming to donalds auto for 20 year! and have not had a problem yet!!
