A.F. Bennett Salon and Wellness Spa

I've been a client of A.F. Bennett for about ten years now. I've gotten a variety of services done here by several different professionals. Overall, the place is beautiful and fun to be at, you are treated well with complimentary drinks and nice customer service reps, a mini massage while you get your hairdone, and you'll definitely want to go back. It's addicting for a while. But the prices are getting a little ridiculous, the master stylist that usually does my hair doesn't always listen to the length that I want, I haven't found one person in there that has enough product knowledge to sell me anything (I was sold shampoo and conditioner for straight hair yet I have dry curly hair - hellooo???), and there is a different girl that washes my hair EVERY time I go (which drives me nuts becuase some suck and some are great). Sometimes the stylists make me feel like they are vultures fishing for a tip and all of a sudden I stopped getting confirmation phone calls the day before my appointment (in which case I've forgetten to go twice and I've had to wait a week or more for a reschedule). If you need a great haircut or service it's worth trying a few times until you gt the right person for you. And if you can afford it, even better for you. But it's getting to be slightly ovrerrated. Sorry A.F Bennett, I love you guys but I might start going to the city for a better haircut and better customer service at about that price.

I love AF Bennett. They are masters at cut and coloring. I receive so many compliments on my new haircut and people are always asking me where I go. Prices are very high though
