        Dr. Rosser is an excellent surgeon. I had breast cancer and needed a mastestomy. He has a reputation as the "praying" doctor. He was professional and he prayed with me and my family. The surprise came when I found out that my insurance had maxed out right before a very important port a cath surgery. I was honest with Dr. Rosser because I respected him. When I told him that I would have to make arrangments to pay for my scheduled surgery, He became angry and said he wanted to know how I woul...
