I LOVE Salon M, and I love Clara!! She is so knowledgeable and always does exactly what I want her to! Ever since getting my hair done by her, I won't go anywhere else in town.

Great salon for fresh ideas. Stylist is young and has great ideas. i told her what I wanted she recommended something different and I got exactly what she showed me and it was perfct

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! My husband purchased a gift cert for a bikini wax. The owner sold the wrong amount so I owed money. I went in for the wax and have had many in steamboat which were great but she didn't know what she was doing. I had hair after she applied the wax and was told it couldn't be removed. I was never told this before. I thought it was her first time and wanted to give her a break. She told me she just purchased the business. I left feeling really unsatisfied. I did give her a tip. I then called because I didn't feel like I got what I purchased. I was told I would get a call back and never did. I then called again and spoke with her and she told me I got the service I purchased. No compensation was offered and I proceeded to tell her I felt like I would have to write a bad review. She was fine with that. So to anyone who wants a bikini wax DONT GO TO SALON M!!!! Don't waste your money!!!! I would take a picture of the absolute mess but it's inappropriate to post.

love this place . fea ( fee) is an awesome stylest and so friendly. i like everyone there.
