I drove in in a 3 year old Silverado not thinking I'd be able to trade with them, but when I picked out the truck I wanted off the showroom floor, they quickly evaluated my trade in and gave me about a thousand dollars more than I would have thought it was worth. I wrote a check and drove out within an hour, in a new Silverado just in time for my wife's birthday. I surprised her with it, and she loved her new truck. After the sale, we've been in for service a couple of times. They always take us home, 19 miles from the store, and then send a vehicle to pick us up when the truck is ready. Excellent service, friendly people, good prices... I can't think of a thing I'd change about Bruner Motors.

I started with low expectations having had warranty work in the past. It always did seem like the dealerships were long on sales and short on service after the sale. It's great to be able to renew my confidence now that I have worked with Bruner. They inherited another dealerships problem and made it right. I saw no end in sight until I met with Richard and Dwaine. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys and the technician Valdo even gave me a call to bring me up to speed on the repair. I'll never go anywhere else.
