It doesn't matter if you're six or ninety-six when you walk through the door of this Arthur Murray studio you are greeted with a smile from all of the people employed at this studio. Whether you're at the beginning level or the advanced level, the instructors at this studio treat you the same. They are courteous, knowledgeable and eager to have their students succeed. The individual lessons, group lessons, practice and guest coaching sessions are all student orieneted. During groups, coaching and practice sessions all levels of student abilities are covered. Private lessons are taught in a variety of ways to make certain that the student understands the concept covered. Encouragement to succeed is always present.

The studio's location makes it easy to get to. The dance floor is well maintained and comfortable to dance on. The appearance of the studio is clean and welcoming. I'm glad that my husband and I chose this location to learn Ballroom dancing. Great Job, Arthur Murray Sterling Heights!

My husband and I have been students at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Sterling Heights for almost 4 years. Until we signed up for lessons, we really didn't do much together except family functions with our children and once they were older and independent, our relationship felt even more disconnected. Learning how to dance has opened up endless opportunities for us to enjoy doing something together whether it's practicing at the studio or going out to other dance parties or social events with other students.. People tell us that they have 2 left feet and could never dance. We tell them to take a sample lesson and be absolutely amazed at what happens!

I telephoned the Studio and inquired, "Can you teach me to Argentine Tango?" The young man quietly and confidently assured me, "Yes, we can," and then invited me in for a FREE sample lesson.



The welcome I received that day was overwhelmingly friendly; and before the lesson began, I was offered his arm and escorted on to their beautiful dance floor. The total experience was love at first sight!



I have been a part of this "Arthur Murray Family" for five years. The appeal here is not only learning the "steps" but acquiring the confidence to perform - yes, perform - in front of your fellow dancers.

After watching couples dance on a cruise, we decided to learn some of the Latin dances before we went on another cruise. We were hesitant but the offer of a free lesson so we could evaluate whether this is something we would enjoy made the decision a "no brainer". After one lesson, continuing with dance became a "no brainer"



All the instructors at the studio are warm and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and part of the family. We have met some wonderful people at the studio and look forward to our dance nights.



There are group lessons and practice sessions available in addition to taking lessons, which helps reinforce what you have learned.



I am so grateful we started dancing and owe our success to the studio for their methods and encouragement.
