        Get someone else

        Had a water heater installed by Callahans who does installations for Sears products. They never picked up the permit to install it from my local twp(Shelby) before installing. When they said they were bringing the unit in, they didn't wait for ME to open my 2 car garage and pressed the wrong button, opening the wrong garage door. Contractors should always let the homeowner show them, I could not get to my back door fast enough to stop them.. They did not even show me how the unit worked, just left the intructions. I had a furnace installed by C+C heating...so professional...showed me how to use furnace and then asked if I had any questions. Use anyone but Callahan!!!!!!!

        Where do I start? Dear jojo or dear mr. Wop. anyway dear Sir; Being in business for 15 years I have an excellent track record. I know having to replace your water heater suddenly is not a pleasant experience. We pull the permit after the install. Due to the volume of heaters we install we pull all permit by mail. You would have to wait until it is processed through the mail on both sides. This takes weeks. If you decide not to install you dont get your money back. As for the guys opening your door I will speak to them about that. We service hundreds of customers per week and we try to satisfy every customer. I apologize for any inconvienence..
