As a seasoned design professional for over 10 years I have purchased and been involved in countless tile purchases. By far this place is the worst. Very Poor customer service and rude ownership. Do yourself a favor and shop else where. One star because you have to give them a rating. In reality it is a negative 10.

we bought tile here for our bathroom,went back to get marble thresh hold,brought it home and noticed it was broken,the tile installer and I were the only ones here and I was the one who put it in the house so I called right away and was told sorry we can't help who walks on it..really?? it wasn't even installed yet,I was told all we can do is sell you a whole new piece,I would never buy tile here again ar refer anyone..as a business owner I know the value of customer service and this place lacks it completely..it got a 1 star becouse I had to
