My air stopped working , called warranty and Cool Factory responded immediately. They showed up with masks and foot covering, a mandate in the COVID-19 environment. Diagnosed the issue, provided great customer service and no hassle implementation.

Last month we encountered an issue with our heating and called Cool Factory. Hands down, we’ve got the best service ever. The tech tried everything in his power to maybe get the system to work however after everything failed, he recommended a new system altogether. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and explained everything thoroughly. He maintained professionalism at all times and always answered our questions appropriately. I will definitely recommend him to our friends and family!
