Dr. Douglas Scott Richardson, MD

I went there to get his opinion on two freckles... I thought they looked suspicious because they weren't perfectly round. He said he was really worried about them, took me straight back to his surgery room, shot some numbing stuff into my leg and cut away. Told me to leave the band aid on for only that day. Then let it heal open like that. I took his advice, he is a doctor, I am not. Well, now I have two huge ugly scars!



I finally went to Dr. Patel (at www.dermdocs.com) and he said of course I got a scar, he should have stitched it up. ALSO, I originally went to Dr. Richardson for a mild case of Seborrheic Dermatitis and he gave me some things to try and told me specifically not to try certain things. Well I had it for over a year, using this shampoo he prescribed. When I told Dr. Patel what I was using he suggested some new things, the exact ones Dr. Richardson specified not trying. And it was cleared up in less than a couple weeks!!!



Needless to say, I do NOT recommend Dr. Richardson! He is either not educated, or he purposely does these things so you have to keep going back! And yet my biggest regret is not getting a second opinion sooner!!
