I found this place to be an absolute value for money. I read reviews about this place that the customer service is not great or sales person don't speak english or the delivery takes time. It is true that you don't have sales person wearing ties/suits who come over to greet you at the door - if you want that experience - please visit Belfort and pay 3 times more price. I found the sales people and store manager Carolina to be very helpful and pleasant. They delivered all my furniture within a week to McLean and everything went smoothly. I found no issues in the furniture delivered and even the delivery persons came exactly on time.
I would like to say that if you do read bad reviews about this place, understand that usually people with not so great experience and really high expectations (without much $$ budget) end up writing bad reviews. I would happily recommend this store to all my friends.

this store is really bad because I was paying my bedroom, on layaway and when I back to this store for pick up me bedroom ,they said we do not have ,the style bedroom that you had ordered and they not refunded my money because I have to buy there if I not spend there I have to lose my money please not buy there is bad store dont do that .

Great experience!! Great service!! Will definitely be back! I have been to this store multiple times and I've never experienced any problems. My orders always arrive on time and the furniture is exactly what I wanted. Their prices are just right and the quality of the furniture is wonderful. I furnished most of my house from this store and my items are as good as new. I definitely recommend this store to anyone.

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

The only reason this store has been in business for so long is because they have been ripping people off in lower income areas and ripping people off who don't know any better. We ordered something from their catalog and we were told that is was leather, well when we recieved it, it was not leather. The store owner will not return or exchange the product. So we are stuck paying for something we were told that was leather. They are scammers. They will also tell you that their furniture is from Ashley and it's NOT!!! It is from a company that bootlegs Ashley products! Then they will seel it to you at the same price it would cost at Ahsley, only difference at Ashley is that its THE REAL THING!! You will not get what you paid for when you shop here!!!
