Lazy Boy contracts their "customer service" out to a substandard company that sends unprofessional "technicians" out to fix/resolve product problems. These technicians, or at least the one I got, acted like HE was the sole decider whether my simple and obvious problem with the quality/density of a chair cushion would be resolved. He spoke over me and tried to make it seem like I was imagining things. This is the kind of cheap and unskilled worker you may encounter. He did finally order me a new cushion, but after he acted condescending and rudely toward me. He seemed to want to find every excuse he could as to why he should not replace an obviously below standard cushion.



Silly me, I expected the same high level service at Lazy Boy Sales and beyond. Instead, I was thrown to the wolves.
