I spent three days trying to find out if I could get allergy shots here. No one knew the policy. Computer was down one day phone down the day iwas there. After making a Dr. apointment i show up and the receptionist tells me they have to have a sealed envelope delivered from the allergist within two hours with the allergy serum or they can't give them. My allergist has never heard of anyhting like this. I am going to a regular family Dr for shots despite the convient hours of the urgent care. They are a mess.

If you are looking for a one-on-one personal relationship with a doctor, a doctor that takes the time to get to know you, your medical history and shows concern and compassion for your well being then this is not the place for you. There is no personal care at this facility. It is basically a very modern clinic. You don't need an appointment, just walk-in and put your name on the list and you will be seen by a "Nurse Practitioner". If you want to see a "Doctor" then you will need an appointment and be ready to wait up to 2-months. After seeing a Nurse Practitioner or Doctor don't expect any verbal follow-up from that person regarding your test results, further care, etc. even when it's a very serious illness. All you will receive is a very.impersonal uninformative form letter in the mail with the results of your visit, which also advises you to call the Nurse if you have any questions. Upon calling the Nurse you will discover that the Nurse cannot answer any of your questions and that she will have to get back to you. Your best bet is to make another appointment to go in and personally discuss the results of your visit. You really have to manage your own care. This facility is not able or willing to do that.



Bottom line is your just another head in a large heard of cattle that go in and out of this facility on a daily basis. If you just have cold then they can treat you. But if you have a serious illness or suspect you might have one then you should go elsewhere.
