Operations manager thinks everyone is an idiot, and talks to customers in a condescending way. Over bills and routes trucks out of route to maximize billable hours, and boost bottom dollar. Will lie to customers in order to get business, and will continue to lie in order to keep it. Many times promises things that cannot be fulfilled, and then will lie to customer that it was drivers fault job was not done in promised time frame.
