Champion Improvement

I spoke to the owner on several occasions about a moldy smell coming in to my home he sent a guy to smell the house and said he would send someone to clean my duct work and when the cleaners got her he wanted to clean my carpets instead. I called him (the owner) and he said thats what he going to do cause the duct work is plastic and shouldn't hold moisture.So here we are still fighting this issue I am a first time owner of a house with a craw space come to find out I have to put a vapior barrier down get a dehumidifier and possibly move my air handler from under my craw space that has had to be fixed 3 times at my exspence my opinion is we should have been told rather than cleaning brand new carpet about the barrier to save me the sickness that me and my husband have had since the mold problem has started in our brand new house that champion improvements had built all I can say is never again
