City Gardens Mobile Home Park

Horrible place. Dirty rundown unkept. Some real nice residents but the park needs a total overhaul and even then id rate it maybe a 2 at best. Manager tami is a real piece of work too. She has a space there but lives elsewhere. Cant blame her for that but makes it real hard to get anything done because shes never around. And if u happen reach her by phone she's always too busy to talk right now but she'll get back to you on that. Never once did she return my call. What a flake!
Avoid this place if at all possible. Take my word for it.
