Panera Bread Distribution Center

Got overcharged for soup and sandwich. The price on the wall says $6.99, for a 1/2 and 1/2. We were charged $7.99 because cashier took it upon herself to charge us an extra $1.00 for a bowl of soup, instead of a cup of soup.

We called the manager and he was sorry and said we could drive (28 miles round trip) back and he would refund the $2.00.

We feel the cashier, Krystal, was not trained correctly in proper customer service. She should have repeated our order to us, to make sure it was correct before we paid for something we did not want.
