This place is very deceiving. Most apartments are rated on a ABCD scale. By looks it may be a (b) graded complex. This complex is a (g) for ghetto. This is a tax-sheltered property, meaning low budget people. There are gun shootings late at night.So frequently the cops don't even come anymore. They have an ant and bug problem. You have to zip lock all of your food to keep bugs from getting to it. The biggest problem i feel, being in management myself, is there is no quaterback here. No leader. No one willing to step it up and make this property what it should and can be. There is a lack of COMMUNICATION between leasing, grounds, maintenance, and management. They are all trying, i will give them credit for that. But trying and doing are two differnt things.
