        Sleazy, and unethical- plays games during negotiations- claiming your approved for such and such interest rate, when they haven't even run your credit yet. Furthermore, its become clear this place has a black eye in the community- hiring, berating, and firing workers on the whim...what a surprise. The GM and sales mgr are quite the pieces of work...

        Overall

        We purchased a 2014 Crosstrek and had an excellent experience. The entire staff listened to our needs and was able to make it happen by getting us into the vehicle we really wanted. The vehicle needed to be special ordered and they keep us in the loop the entire time. Even when the vehicle came in they went out if their way to coordinate the drop off of our previously leased vehicle. Had a great experience and would purchase there again!
