        First I will say that the staff was great in assisting my needs.....however, the rental car that was given to me had bad front brakes and I didn't know this until I was on a 12 hour trip to Missouri......the windshield washer fund was also empty....I had to park the rental at my hotel once I arrived and it sat there forb2 days while I had to attend my daughters wedding....I had to drive 1 hour away just to exchange the rental and I was told to deal with the rental office in Ohio with my complaint....I was told I would be refunded some money back from my deposit and still have not received anything in the mail like they said....
