They were good for the first 28 years that we had them. Now i hear they are out of business. My neighborhood is a mess, since we had no warning.

Awful service. Garbage often sits by the road from Thursday night to Monday morning, when pickup is supposed to be Friday morning. Rarely do they come on the day they say and garbage is always late by at least a day. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

3 days I am waiting for them to pick up trash. It takes them 10 days to 2 weeks to deposit your check. Bookkeeping is very flip and rude. I have been doing business with them for 16 years, it's time for a change. I would not recommend these people.

service ewas fine until the middle of 2017. Since then service has beenspotty at best at least once a month they have not shown up on the set service date. This can become a health and safety issue here in the Poconos where feral animals are situational feeders and a trashcan left overnight can become a buffet. As of this writing, 5/24/18, Hopkins is two days late on pick up at my location.

They are great so helpful and friendly. It is the best waste disposal service in my opinion. They answer their phones too.

Very dedicated and hard working; I believe the owner also drives the truck. Always here on trash days, even on major holidays. Thanks for the many years of faithful service!

Good service for a local company. I like supporting local businesses. I have lived here for 16 years and have rarely had any issues.

I recently moved to Stroudsburg, and I was in need of trash pickup. I spoke to my neighbor who had this company, and decided to set up the service through them. After a month, they never came and picked up my trash. When I called to find out what was going on, the woman explained that she had forgotten to tell the driver to come by my house. I asked how we could solve the problem, since I had a months worth of trash that I had already paid to have picked up, and she proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me. I have never dealt with such a rude company before!! I highly advise not using this company, and finding another option. I have found one that is not only more courteous, but that also is cheaper!! BE WARNED!!!!!
