Labar Village Community Association

We have owned the condo for 10 years and our parents have enjoyed living there. There are both high rise and town house units, It is well kept both inside and out. The garbage, snow removal, shrub/grass maintenance is all well managed. They just re-paved the roads this spring and they were not even in bad condition. Lots of activities, private bus transportation, quiet neighborhoods, gated community with on-site security. Top quality condo.
