Bathroom Remodeling
The price for a bathroom remodel depends upon your space's existing condition, the products you decide to choose and the layout you prefer to create your dream space. We recommend scheduling a 45-minute appointment in the design center to talk these items through. Not to worry - we aren’t salesy. It’s just an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better realize what you are looking to do. Once we have a better idea of what you are wanting, we can show you price ranges so you can get a feel of what you want will cost with DreamMaker.
Flooring
Resembles wood, with a smooth, light, tight-grained surface that can be finished to a high gloss. Actually harder than maple and oak, bamboo expands and contracts less than those woods, making it well-suited to bathrooms.
Door Installation/Replacement
Project Summary Our latest project involved a complete remodel of a beachfront condo, this project consisted of three bathrooms, one kitchen, new flooring throughout, door replacements, and painting. The client desired a luxurious and functional upgrade that would enhance the property’s value and appeal.
Basement Remodeling
Tile Installation
DreamMaker made our experience easier than expected. They did not fall short of my expectations. We will use them again for additional remodeling in the future. They did wonderful tile work and were very respectful to us and our home.
Fireplaces
Lower-level lighting, carefully placed throughout a room, adds contrast, drama and interest. Accent lighting can highlight an architectural or art element, such as a fireplace; define a space within a room, such as a seating area; or simply draw attention to itself.
We remove all project debris from your home daily. To avoid the risk of damage to driveways and landscaping, we do not generally drop dumpsters on-site. However, for extremely large projects, we may need to have one on-site. When an on-site dumpster is necessary, every precaution will be taken to protect your property, and its timeframe will likely be limited to the demolition phase of the project.
