I have known Federico and his Orange Snowman since we were both in Miami at least a decade ago. He is one of the best designers in America, he worked in New York City with the probably the best company in America. He worked in South Beach with the hottest publishing company in South Florida, where he created some amazing magazines and hardcover coffee table books for the cruise line industry. He was also Art Director to many of the in-room-books in some of the major casinos in Las Vegas.

Don't Eat Orange Snow! Mr Sandoval delivered website as promised. I can't recommend him as he lacks effective customer relations skills. After paying for site development and activation, I was charged $35 for 1 month's hosting service. This seemed expensive so I told Mr Sandoval I would host my website elsewhere. Before I made the switch, Mr Sandoval deactivated my site without notice with the banner: "Your account has been suspended." Several attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. Finally reached him using a different phone, but he hung up. Without website 4 days and no ability to contact his staff despite additional attempts. Eventually, after paying 2nd month's service, his office manager/wife reactivated. I transferred immediately. His website advertises web hosting "free from the tyranny of the old webmaster." His vision statement says, "We don't take things personally. Tell us how you really feel. We let the chips fall where they may." This was not my experience.
