Dr. Jonathan Schlosser graduated New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 where he was president of the Medical Honor Society. He completed his medical internship and residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY in 2003. He also completed his fellowship training in Endocrinology at Beth Israel Medical Center in 2005. He is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. He has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals. He is married with children and lives in the community.

Dr. Jay Levine is the former Director of the Wound and Hyperbaric Center, The Diabetic Limb Preservation Program, and Department of Podiatric Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY. He has been a clinical instructor at 2 New York medical schools, and has lectured extensively on The Diabetic Foot. Dr. Levine is an inventor, studying foot injury prevention during sports, and holds 2 patents for athletic shoes. He received his surgical training in 1986-1988 and has over 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating common, difficult and unique conditions affecting the foot. He is currently Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
