The Mediator(s) facilitate dialogue with each side in the hopes of reaching a mutually satisfactory resolution to their conflict. Mediators MAY Also assist the parties in putting their settlement agreement in writing. If the parties DO NOT reach a settlement. They still have the option to file a lawsuit. Mediation is the best alternative for dispute resolution to avoid courts and attorney fees.
