Chili's Grill & Bar

I started coming here because my sister said I needed to "broaden my horizons" since Applebee's was the place I went most of the time. I would not recommend this place for kids, but it is good for adults. Since Applebee's changed their menu, Chili's has the best quesadillas in town outside of Mexican restaurants. I have never used the restroom so I cannot comment. The service is usually good unless they have someone new, and they are usually gone soon. I see a lot of bad reviews, but I guess the owners fired the manager, because it seems to have improved a lot in the time since they gave their reviews.

The food is "GOOD"--NOT--- "EXCELLENT" , anyways from the beginning the girl who took my order bring me chips with salsa without asking me if I wanted to order Chips and Salsa. Anyways I place my menu order and but waited for my rib-eye for almost 25 minutes finally arrived and it was over cook, i waited another 15 minutes to get my meal. In the mean time I was waiting in the bar watching TV, I notice the guy working in the bar selling weed to customer and the manager I guess(bald black guy) was just sitting down watching TV and talking to some very young teen girls and asking them for their number. What a bad experience I have at this Chili's. When I asked for my bill the chips and salsa where not there, I ask the girl (I think her name is Stephani) about the chips and salsa and she told me they are on the house. I be going to Ruby's Tuesday's next time where they have better customer service or to Chili's in North Charleston that is way better than this one here in Summerville.
